Please find below the minutes from the 2021 AGM Meeting.

It was announced at the AGM weekend that next years Spring Bank Holiday would be at Pennymoor Farm, Ivybridge, PL21 0SB. The site is about an hour from Exeter M5 services, just off the A38. The travel instructions given by the site are very good, further instructions can be given by us if you’re considering going on this Spring Bank holiday.

The site itself is has all the necessary amenities. Usually I would have photos of the toilet/shower facilities, but when Clive and I visited these were not open due to Covid.

We will be sited altogether and there is plenty of room for the tent, if we want to take it. There are some hard standings for motorhomes next to our area,  these can be requested if you want them. You will have to book them early. I must add here that because of the extra Bank Holiday days the site will be extra busy. Our week is Sat 28 May – Sat 4 June. The usual Bank Holiday Monday will not happen, the extra days are Thur 2nd /Fri 3rd.As far as I’m aware the school holiday will still run from Mon 30th May – Fri 3rd June.

There is quite a lot to do and see, the site is not far from Plymouth. There are some nice beaches around the area, from Bigbury you can walk across the causeway to Burgh Island, a retreat of Agatha Christie. You might like to take a boat trip up the river Dart. Dartmoor is on the opposite side of the A38, Buckfastleigh is not far.

The cost for 7 nights is £175 inclusive of awnings, dogs, children, extra persons.

Anyone interested must let me know by the end of October, and pay a deposit £50 before Christmas.

Please ask questions if you need further clarification.

Please see the attached link of the minutes from the last AGM (2019).  Please can you print them off and bring them with you on Saturday.  Thank you.
